Services Select Hosts Nashville Business Excellence Day

Services Select hosted its third annual “Business Excellence Day” in Nashville, TN for 2008 Seal of Satisfaction certification mark and award recipient companies on Wednesday, November 12th. Business Excellence Day is an annual educational, business-focused event providing special guest speakers and seminars beneficial to Seal of Satisfaction recipient company executives.

Paul Ney, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Community Development for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County was the keynote speaker, addressing Seal of Satisfaction award recipient business owners and executives. He congratulated the Seal recipient attendees for their dedication to continuing customer/client satisfaction and business excellence. He commented that his view of his office’s role towards Nashville business owners is similar to the high standards of the Seal of Satisfaction regarding their efforts on behalf of his office’s clients, the business owner, both large and small. Mr. Ney discussed the role of the Office of Economic and Community Development for attracting new businesses and providing assistance and resources to existing business owners. While sharing stories of how some prominent companies selected Nashville for relocation of their business, he also discussed his expectations and optimism of what the next couple of years has in store for new business development in Davidson County and continued growth of existing companies.
Ginger Duggan, Business Development Specialist from Chattanooga State Continuing Education Department was a guest speaker demonstrating a new on-line business resource that Services Select, corporately, will be providing all 2009 Seal of Satisfaction award recipient companies beginning January 1, 2009 for Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.

U.S. Congressman Zach Wamp was the keynote speaker, addressing Seal of Satisfaction award recipient business owners and executives. He congratulated the Seal recipient attendees for their dedication to customer/client satisfaction and business excellence. Congressman Wamp discussed the previous day’s failure of the business bailout package and the revisions he thought would be necessary to allow passage through both Houses of Congress.
Ginger Duggan, Business Development Specialist from Chattanooga State Continuing Education Department was a guest speaker presenting a live, on-line demonstration of a new business resource that Services Select, corporately, will be providing all 2009 Seal of Satisfaction award recipient companies beginning January 1, 2009 for Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.
Seal of Satisfaction Profiled in Opportunity World Magazine

Services Select and the Seal of Satisfaction certification mark and award was profiled in the April, 2008 issue of Opportunity World magazine, in bookstores March 11, 2008. The two page business profile highlighted the nomination process conducted by an independent research company and the 19 step evaluation process for Seal of Satisfaction recipient companies, with 5 being elimination steps, prior to a company receiving certification. 2008 Seal Recipients Announced

2008 Seal of Satisfaction certification mark and award recipients for Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee were recently announced. Black-Tie Awards Dinners were held in Nashville on January 19th and Chattanooga on January 25th recognizing and honoring award recipient companies. Seal of Satisfaction recipient companies were announced via television and newspaper.

Services Select Opens New Corporate Offices

Services Select announces the opening of its corporate offices at The Pointe Corporate Centre on June 1, 2007 at 1208 Pointe Centre Drive, Suite 240, Chattanooga, TN 37421. The corporate offices will support the national expansion of the Seal of Satisfaction for professional services companies into the top 100 television markets in the United States.

Services Select announces the relocation of its operations office from 738 Nissan Drive, Smyrna, TN to a new, larger facility at 528 Almaville Road, Smyrna, TN 37167. The operations office provides support services for Seal of Satisfaction recipient companies and training programs for new Executive Directors.

Services Select Announces 5 Year Agreement with Wilkins Research Services

Services Select announces 5 Year Agreement with Wilkins Research Services. Services Select has signed an exclusive five year agreement running through 2011 with Wilkins Research Services, LLC, to independently conduct the nomination survey process and provide Services Select with certified, pre-qualified lists of "Seal of Satisfaction" finalist companies during their national expansion.
