Each Seal of Satisfaction certification mark and award recipient must complete and submit the “Seal of Satisfaction Certification Standards Questionnaire”. This questionnaire focuses on the recipient company’s internal processes, procedures and documentation regarding customer/client satisfaction, employee training and formal procedures for response to customer/client and employee concerns or complaints.
